Where the roads take me I will never know,
Keep on running pass those signs.
500 miles to destination,
Miles and miles passed behind.

I am never looking back. I am never looking behind.
Leaving my home I think I will be fine.
To my friends I said good bye.
Good luck with your journey I am off with mine.

I feel the wind in my hair,
I took a turn back there somewhere.
Thought it was a short cut,
But turned out to be a longer way.

A lesson I have learned, A discovery of myself.
As many lessons I have learned before. This time I am in my own.
